It is with deep regret and sorrow that we announce the tragic death of someone in our Kappa Express Coaching Family. On Thursday, Coach Jibreel Goins suffered a massive seizure during the 7U Championship Game and subsequently has passed. Please keep his family, our coaching staff and student athletes in your prayers. This is a devastating loss, and certainly traumatic for our student athletes.

There will be a vigil in honor of Coach Goins on Wednesday, Oct. 26th at St. Joe Park at 5:30pm

We will release balloons during this celebration of life; those that would like to support and release balloons, please bring RED or WHITE balloons.

In this moment of sorrow we send our deepest and heartfelt prayers to the Goins family, Kappa Express and all of the Lansing Football League community concerning the untimely loss of Coach Jibreel Goins.

Please come out to Hope Soccer Complex today at 5:00pm as we we honor Coach Goins before the 9U Championship game.

The remainder of the championship series will be dedicated to memory of Coach Goins

Game is $5 for today and tomorrow's game. You will receive a band to wear for tonight and it gets you in free tomorrow.

$3 for kids 13 and under.

Next week will be the same process for the two games.
